Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who can initiate and manage the Mobile Application Development Department at Netsolace and perform the following tasks: Responsibilities: Handling complex projects related to the mobile development Working on small and large-scale Mobile applications and iPhone web-applications on every aspect of technical development from requirement analysis, designing, development and testing, to deployment on site and implementation Managing requirements set by executive stakeholders of projects Interfacing implementers/contractors and end users Developing and managing a team of mobile developers Demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of systems development life cycle Delivering requirements in time under normal or tight schedules Ensuring smooth running of applications, databases and other applications resources in the company Ensuring, when required, that all analysis, designs and codes are properly documented Providing end user technical support when required Coordinating cross-product development efforts Staying up to date of advances in mobile development technologies and identifying new areas of technology where company can grow Performing related duties as required or assigned Benefits: Netsolace offers following benefits to its permanent staff. Skills Required:

- BSE/BCS/MCS/Equivalent - Professional certification in iPhone/Mobile Application Development will be a plus - Experience in developing mobile applications, iPhone, SDK 3.0, SQL Lite, WAP, and web services - Experience of working on Mac machines is a must - Experience in other mobile technologies i.e. J2ME, Java, C#, C++, Android, Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Symbian, Brew etc is also required - Mobile or Real time embedded software development experience will be a plus - Must have finished applications sold in the App Store - Proven track record to deliver projects and assignments on time, on target and with quality - Research oriented - Self-motivated - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ambitious and interested in a challenge and the rewards it will bring Hiring will be done on immediate basis.
