Job Description:
This position will be responsible for implementing the training strategies of CCBPL in relation to immediate and long-term improvement of employees' skills through training delivery personally and through third parties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify training and development needs within CCBPL through job analysis, performance management improvement plan and regular consultation with function heads and territory HR.
- Plan, develop, and deliver training and staff development programs, using
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires
- Prepare/manage the non sales training budget
-Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials

Skills Required:
Proficient Use of Microsoft Office Excellent presentation skills Knowledge of adult learning techniques Knowledge of training needs analysis and evaluation methodologies
