Job Description:

To check current out going service customer satisfaction level
To identify weak areas of customer dealing and define new polices
Defining systems / procedures for implantation at all Service Centres
To monitor current unhappy customer cases and issuance of guidance to branches in resolving them
To define different strategy for checking satisfaction level at different service stages
To analyze unhappy customer data and defining strategies for winning those customer back
To analyze data for knowing existing loyalty level of customer and defining future strategies
To make Customer retention polices / procedure etc
to help management in knowing product wise satisfaction behavior
To give feed back to warranty team for possible improvement in product quality
Coordination with Admin manager for all legal cases and polices and procedures identification for future prevention of such cases

- Analyze the Service department�s functional and operational processes and suggesting improvement in areas

- Identify critical functions in all relevant areas and develop an understanding of the process flows
