Job Description:
Handle client queries/requests for information.
Participate in the order review activities of routine nature. Assist the Department Head where order requirements are unique or new.
Conduct telemarketing and participate in other marketing activities using e-mail.
Maintain a follow-up with the clients regarding outstanding receivables.
Maintain logs of test samples and testing reports.
