Identify performance critical KPIs of Core Network (IN/VAS/MSS/MGW etc.)
Conduct root-cause analysis of network inefficiencies through signaling analysis
Liaise with concerned technical teams to get the issues resolved
Report on issues, their impact before and after rectification
Required Skills:
Experienced in Core networks
Strong understanding and work experience with Network Protocols (ISUP, MAP, MTP, SIGTRAN, INAP/CAMEL etc).
Proficient in operating MS Office suite
Sound Technical report writing skills
People Management
Basic programming skills
Be a strong team player, energetic and willing to work under tough conditions
